In the event that you need to Cancel a Pickup Request, here are the simple instructions for how to do so:
Step 1: Navigate to the Request Pickups & Drop Offs page, as seen below:
Step 2: Identify the shipment that you would like to cancel the pickup request for, and click the Trash Can.
You will then be asked to confirm your selection, pictured below:
Step 3: You will now notice that the shipment has appeared above, in Pending Shipments, and is ready to have a new pickup requested, or a drop off designated.
