Once you're done purchasing a label for a shipment, you'll want to request for a pickup in the ShipSimple platform. However, there might be instances where you want to add the package to an existing pickup request.
The following steps will show you how to add to an existing pickup.
STEP 1: Click the hamburger (three lines) button at the top right side of the page. You will see the following choices. Click Pickups.
STEP 2: Choose from the pickup requests and select the request that you want to add a shipment to. Click Add.
STEP 3: Choose from the shipments with no associated pickup request at the top of the page. You can see that only the shipments from the same courier can be selected. Click Add.
Check if the number of shipments has been added (from 1 to 2 in this case).
You can add as many shipments as you can in the pickup request as long as it has not been picked up yet.
