When creating a new order, you can request a pickup with the courier Monday to Fridays 8 am - 6 pm. If you forget to schedule the pickup during the 'Create a Shipment' process, simply go to your dashboard, and click "Pickups & Drops Offs". From there you will be able to reference the shipment tracking # and click the "New PU" button. Please see images below:
On this page, you are also able to view & edit active pickups that were already requested as well as request any new pickups.
