To file a claim with a courier for a lost or damaged shipment, simply locate the shipment in question on the Shipment History and Tracking page, click See More, and then File a Claim.
You will then be asked to provide the necessary information so that we can initiate a claim on your behalf. ShipSimple will keep you updated throughout the entire claim process, so you can rest easy!
