How do I handle returns for international shipments?

ShipSimple makes returns a breeze!! 

Simply locate the shipment you need to return from the Shipment History & Tracking page, click 'See More', and then 'Return Shipment'. 



This will initiate the shipment creation process, but will pull the information from the original shipment, reversing the Origin and Destination addresses, and reentering the dimensions and weight, saving you time from manually entering the information a second time.
