Once you've made an account and logged in to the ShipSimple platform, you are now set to make your first shipment with us.
The home screen looks likes this when you first log in.
STEP 1: Click the hamburger (three lines) button at the top right side of the page. You will see the following choices. Click My Profile.
STEP 2: Check the box that says Make this my Default Origin Address. Once complete, click Update Profile Details.
STEP 3: Once saved, go back to the main menu or click the Ship Package button. Your default address should now show up in the Origin Address just like in the photo below.
