To reset your password simply click "forgot password" from the login page. A link will be sent to your email where you will set a new password.
Please add the email that is associated to your ShipSimple account and we will send you a reset password link.
Once you have recieved the reset password email, click on "click here to reset password"
You will be directed back to ShipSimple to where you can update your password.
Once you have updated your password, you will be re-directed to your account where you are to ship once again!
