When you log into your ShipSimple account, the first page you see is your Dashboard!
In the top right corner of your Dashboard, you will find the menu button, it looks like three horizontal lines. See image below for reference.
There are a number of things you can do from this menu!
When you first set up your ShipSimple account, there are a number of default settings that are preassigned for you. However, you have the option of customizing your account, so that it works the way you need and want it to! In this article, you will be walked through updating your account defaults; follow along below:
Let's visit our Account Settings, as shown below.
From your Account Settings, you will see a tab called Account Defaults, as shown below:
On this page, you will see you have the ability to change the following settings on your account:
Unit of Measurement can be changed from Imperial to Metric.
Label File Type can be changed from PDF to ZPL.
You can also turn on Email Notifications for yourself, as well as for the Receiver of your shipments!
These small changes can make your account better suited for your needs and help save you additional time!
