Do you offer shipping insurance?

We sure do!  All of our couriers have default insurance liability coverage up to $100 per shipment. 

ShipSimple offers additional insurance beyond the first $100 at a low rate of 3% of the product value with a maximum value of $250,000.   

When creating a shipment, on the shipping details page, there is a section for "additional options".  You can purchase insurance right here.  

You will also see a column for "Insurance Premium" on the rates page, see below for reference:

Purchasing insurance for courier shipments is important for several reasons, as it helps protect the interests of both the sender and the recipient.
