Requesting a pickup is super easy and quick!
There are two ways to request a pickup.
- The first way is at the end of creating your shipment, the system will ask if you would like to schedule a pickup. Click "Request Pickup" and the system will walk you through the pickup process. As seen below:
- The second way is by clicking the "Request Pickups & Drop Offs" button on the left side of your Dashboard. You will see the shipments that are still pending, without a requested pick up. Click "Pickup" and select the date and times you prefer. You will then see your shipment moved to the "Scheduled" section. As seen below:
