To add/create a new user for your account simply log into your account and you will be prompted to your dashboard.
On the top right of the page, beside "new shipment", click on the 3 doted icon.
Click "Account Settings"
Click the "User Management" tab.
You are able to add or remove users from your ShipSimple account from here! Please note, that each account comes with one free user. There is a cost for adding more than 1 user to your account.
A user account will mirror the main accounts billing preferences; however, it will have its own login credentials. The Main Account will have the ability to oversee all Shipping History from their Account.
User accounts can be very helpful for businesses that have a separate Shipping Department, or departments that ship occasionally but don't need their own account.
