Your History & Tracking is where you can view and manage your shipments. It is helpful for shippers to see shipment details, status, detailed tracking, and proof of delivery. Here is also where you can file a claim, reprint a label, or cancel a shipment.
On your dashboard, click the hamburger (3 lines) icon on the right side of the page.
Click Parcel shipping.
Next, click Purchase History.
From here you are able to view every shipment you have created. You can filter the information by courier, delivery status, and specific dates. Click See More to see more details for specific shipments.
You can see the shipment details and see things you can do with the shipment.
