Your History & Tracking is where you can view and manage your shipments. It is helpful for shippers to see shipment details, status, detailed tracking, and proof of delivery. Here is also where you can file a claim, reprint a label, or cancel a shipment.
On your dashboard you will see a "History & Tracking" button on the left navigation menu.
From here you are able to view every shipment you have created. You can filter the information by courier, delivery status, and specific dates. You can also export this data to a csv.
