Most couriers do not charge for pickups, with the exception of Canada Post. Pickup requests are also not a guaranteed service and are fulfilled on a best effort basis by the courier. For these reasons, there are no refunds when couriers miss a pickup.
We can however request another pickup for a different date and time, and dropping your shipment off at the nearest courier depot is also an option, at no charge. Courier guarantees only apply after the package was picked up, not for pickup requests.
