If the package has not been picked up yet, please cancel the label and re-create it with the corrected information.
If the package was already picked up, please contact us promptly and we will inform the courier of the incorrect information. Often times, a new label will need to be created.
Please note: There may be additional charges due to an address change or return-to-sender due to a bad address, when the package is already with the courier.
It is very important to review and confirm that the information entered is true and accurate prior to purchasing the label; though we understand mistakes do happen and we are here to assist whenever necessary!
