Change of address? Order change? Incorrect dimensions entered? Once a label is created, it cannot be edited or altered. If you need to cancel a shipment for any reason, it is easy to do so on the ShipSimple dashboard.
To cancel a shipment, simply visit the Shipment History & Tracking page, locate the shipment you need to cancel, click 'See More', and 'Cancel Shipment' - It's that simple!
You will then be asked to confirm your decision.
Please note: You can only cancel a shipment on your dashboard the same day it is created. If it is after the label creation date, please reach out to our support team to cancel the shipment.
Once a shipment has being cancelled, it cannot be undone and will need to have a new label created for it.
