ShipSimple is so easy to use but if you do need a quick tutorial, you can go to your dashboard and click on the hamburger (3 lines) icon on the top right side of the page. Click the Demo Videos button and choose the videos to watch.
When you first create your account, you will also be taken through a Product Tour that will show you around the platform. If that doesn't cut it, we also offer a robust help / guide area, Shipping 101, FAQ's and amazing customer support team!
