You sure can! You are able to create User Accounts for FREE on the ShipSimple platform.
Users will have their own login information, be able to create & manage shipments, and mirror your billing method.
As a 'Parent Account' you will have access to all shipments History & Tracking, including those created under the Users account. You are also able to modify and delete users at any time. This is a helpful feature for companies with Receptionists, Shipping Departments, Order Desks, Assistants etc.
To add a User, simply visit your Account Settings, and go to the Additional Users tab, and click
'Add User'. As seen below:
Once you have entered the Users information, an email will be sent to them to finish setting up their account.
